Any purchase of one standard Complete BioSlim Kit or one standard Family Pack comes with a 30-day money-back product guarantee, under the terms described here. Please note: EXCLUDED from this 30-day guarantee is the 2-Adult Kit, which is a special ultra-low-priced package containing enough supplements to last six weeks for 2 people (at full dosing). This item is NOT covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee: all sales of this package are considered final. (Note: Product and order integrity are always guaranteed, as stated below.)

Under the full 30-day money-back guarantee for single standard Kits and single standard Family Packs, if you are not satisfied with your covered product, and it is your first purchase of a BioSlim Kit or Family Pack, you may return it for a full refund of the amount paid for the product. This guarantee does NOT cover or include shipping and handling fees. Returns must be shipped before the end of the first 30 days after shipment was received, and must include all items received [printed material, tapes, disks, bottles (even if they're empty), carrying case, etc.] If payment was made by credit card, that credit card will be credited. If payment was made by check or money order or electronic check transfer ("ECT", aka "check by phone"), the refund will be issued by mailed check.

Instructions regarding return procedures and policies are included on a special Return Policy Card in every kit. If you don't have this Return Policy Card, please call us for instructions. Before any return, an Authorization And Return Tracking Number ("RTN") must be obtained, along with the correct Return Address, by calling our Returns Center, the toll-free number for which is included in your kit. To be credited for a return, you must follow these instructions.

Note: BioSlim fully guarantees ALL products for quality. This is a separate guarantee, not related to the 30-day money-back offered on standard Kits, and it applies to the 2-Adult Kit as well as all sales of all other products. Our quality guarantee assures that if there is anything qualitatively wrong with any product you purchase from us, we will replace it free of charge.

Limitations

Orders for the 2-Adult Kit and all refill orders for the BioSlim Formulas, including Club shipments, are guaranteed for quality and accuracy only. If there is any qualitative problem with a shipment, please contact BioSlim Customer Service and we will gladly and immediately help. In all other cases, such refill orders (defined as any order that is not a Complete Kit or Family KitPack) are considered final sales, and may not be returned.

The 30-day money-back guarantee described here above applies to single, first-time purchases of a Complete Kit or Family Pack -- not to any other product purchases. If you order more than one Kit, or if you previously purchased a BioSlim Kit and then order another one, the terms of this guarantee will not apply to any purchase beyond the first one, and all such secondary sales will be considered final and non-refundable. (Note: Product and order integrity are always guaranteed, as stated above.)

Return Procedures

Instructions on return procedures are included in every Complete Kit (Adult or Youth). Look for the card titled "Return Policy & Procedures", which has a special sticker on it. The required toll-free telephone number for obtaining your Return Tracking Number and Return Address is provided on that card. Note: BioSlim's Return Procedures must be followed in order for you to properly receive any refund or waiver of charges. If you return any product to an address other than the correct Return Address, or if you return any product without first obtaining a Return Tracking Number, you will not be entitled to a refund or waiver of charges.

Order Cancellations

Regarding order cancellation prior to shipping: We will make every effort to help any customer who wishes to cancel a placed order; however, BioSlim cannot guarantee that any such order can be successfully canceled prior to shipment.
