Club membership is FREE. You can cancel or change your membership anytime (at no charge). You become a Discount Club Member by simply arranging for automatic monthly delivery of any BioSlim product(s) - either on the left side of this page, or by contacting Customer Service (see below). You will begin enjoying all Club membership benefits IMMEDIATELY, including:

(avoid finding yourself out of stock) the convenience and safety of automatic home delivery!

Please read the following before submitting your request:

  • I will receive automatic shipments of the items entered on this page, according to the shipping schedule I request, and receive my deep discounts on all eligible BioSlim / Medicus purchases.
  • I will receive all other Club member benefits effective immediately, as available.
  • My First Club Shipment will be processed according to the schedule chosen in Step 2 on the left.
  • I can always change my order, schedule, form of payment, or cancel my membership altogether - by contacting Customer Service (see below & right side).
