To join the BioSlim Weight Loss Club simply sign up here, or join by filling in and Club box at the bottom of the front of the Order Form that’s in your Kit. Or simply call Customer Service toll-free (1-800-220-7546, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm Pacific, 11am - 7pm Eastern), and tell them exactly what you want.
You may change (or cancel) your Club shipments at any time, at no charge to you. Simply contact our Customer Service department, either by email, or by calling 1-800-220-SLIM (800-220-7546). One of our friendly representatives will promptly make any requested adjustments. Remember: Club membership is FREE: no dues, no fees, no charge to cancel, anytime.
