When you get your Complete Kit (Adult or Youth), there will be instructions in the included Letter From The Doctor on how to use the Hotline. You get a special Hotline telephone number to call, and you will also be able to email the Hotline anytime. Telephone hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Pacific Time. (If after hours or busy, leave a message and your call will be promptly returned.)
