The Youth System food and activity plans are appropriate for children of all ages who can follow it. The Youth Formulas -- Vita/Min Plus Youth Formula and SlimTone Youth Formula -- are chewable and may be taken by any child over the age of 7 years. (For children younger than 7, consult a qualified doctor.)

Any overweight teen over the age of 13 may use the adults' Ultra Formulas, if they can swallow the pills (or crush them). If they cannot, the chewable Youth Formulas may be used for as long as necessary. Note: the Youth Formulas are, naturally, not as potent as the adults' Ultra Formulas.
