Most people have no problem swallowing any of the BioSlim Formulas' tablets. If you find swallowing any pills difficult, and are having trouble taking the BioSlim Formulas -- you may break up the tablets and/or crush them and add them to food. Pill crushers and splitters are readily available in most pharmacies, and are quite inexpensive.

Note: A little practice may go a long way here. The fact is that you swallow boluses of food many times a day that are much larger than these pills. The difficulty is often psychological, and you may be able to overcome it if you set your mind to it.
