You can and should always follow the BioSlim food and activity plans, as they are health-building.

Regarding the Formulas: All BioSlim Formulas are nutritional supplements (containing no drugs) and all ingredients used in BioSlim are natural and considered safe. Nevertheless, in most cases pregnancy is not the right time to be trying to lose weight. For that reason, and because Ultra SlimTone Formula and Accelerator are not formulated specifically for pregnancy, we do not recommend using either during pregnancy.  The Vita/Min Plus product may theoretically be used as a comprehensive multi-vitamin-mineral during pregnancy, but it too is not specifically formulated for that purpose. Therefore, only use it during pregnancy if your doctor approves it. There are no known contraindications to taking the BioSlim Formulas while nursing, but as always, check with your physician.

If you are trying to get pregnant, adopting a healthful life plan like BioSlim is an excellent idea. There are no known contraindications to taking the Formulas during this time, with the following caveats: (a) as soon as you do get pregnant, follow the recommendations above, and (b) make sure your doctor knows and approves of what you are doing.
