What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please let us know what was damaged or defective, and we will promptly replace it, and send you a call tag to ship back the defective item. When contacting us, please give us your order details (name, address, order number if you know it, etc.) and tell us what the problem was. Use email, or phone or fax.

Notwithstanding the above, BioSlim cannot be responsible for damages to packages shipped outside the United States and its territories. We will help as much as possible, and we will provide proof of shipment and tracking numbers where possible, but ultimate responsibility for such international shipments, including any damage to packages, and all duties, customs and fees, rests with you, the customer.
