If your order has not yet gone to warehouse, you may still be able to cancel it by notifying Customer Service ASAP. Click here to send an email, or call us. We will look up your order and give you all available options.
Once an order goes to the warehouse, we can no longer stop shipment. To provide fastest service, orders are automatically processed and sent to warehouse twice per day, every day. Orders placed on Saturday cannot be canceled at all, because Customer Service is closed on weekends (and holidays). In general, it is very difficult to stop placed orders, but if it's important, please write an email as soon as possible to service@bioslim.com explaining your wishes, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
BioSlim cannot guarantee that any placed order will be successfully canceled prior to shipping. Also note: once an order ships, the usual return policies apply. We will, however, always try our best to help.
