If your order has not yet gone to warehouse, you may still be able to cancel it by notifying Customer Service ASAP. Click here to send an email, or call us. We will look up your order and give you all available options.
Once an order goes to the warehouse, we can no longer stop shipment. To provide fastest service, orders are automatically processed and sent to warehouse twice per day, every day, at 3pm and 8pm Eastern Time. Orders placed on Saturday cannot be canceled at all, because Customer Service is closed on weekends (and holidays). However, for example: an order placed on Sunday after 3pm Eastern could be canceled by calling Customer Service between 11am and 3pm on the following Monday. If you cannot call within that time frame, write an email as soon as possible to service@bioslim.com explaining your wishes, and we will do everything we can to accomodate you.
Note: Regardless of the above, BioSlim cannot guarantee that any placed order will be successfully canceled prior to shipping. Once an order ships, the usual return policies apply. We will, however, always try our best to help.
