People from all over the world order BioSlim. But we have no control over any country’s import regulations. There should be no fees for any country that enjoys free trading with the United States (like Canada), but local authorities will do what they will do, and there is unfortunately little we can do about it.  We cannot be responsible for any import duties, customs, or any other regulatory taxes or fees. For all international orders, the responsibiltiy for these shall be entirely yours.

BioSlim shall not be held responsible for any lost packages, delays, or in-transit damages of any kind. Note that tracking capabilities are often difficult for packages shipped outside the United States, and we cannot guarantee that such tracking information will be available; we will attempt to provide it when possible. However, our responsibility ends when we deliver the ordered package to the chosen carrier. We will do our best to help if there is a delivery problem, but ultimate responsibility rests entirely with the customer and/or carrier after we deliver the package to the carrier.
