No limit. Because Vita/Min Plus and SlimTone Formula are all-natural and healthful, there is no limitation on how long you may continue using either one, or both, if you choose to do so. For example, many folks decide to continue at least the Vita/Min Plus product, because it is an excellent multi-vitamin too, and it helps them feel good. (BioSlim does recommend continuing with a high-quality multi-vitamin, even after you reach your weight loss goal.)
