- To place a telephone order for a Complete Kit (or Family KitPack) only, contact BioSlim Customer Service, or call 1-800-BIO-SLIM (246-7546), 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
- Note: The 800-BIO-SLIM number, as well as any toll-free number you see or hear advertised, is not answered by BioSlim employees. These numbers are provided so that customers can order a Kit anytime, 24/7/365. BioSlim employees do not answer these phones, and only a limited number of questions and answers (about BioSlim system contents and offers) are available there. For all other questions and reorders, including all special requests and status reports and inquiries, you must contact BioSlim Customer Service, either by email, or by telephone (see next).
