l To place a telephone order for a Complete Kit (or Family KitPack) only, contact BioSlim Customer Service, or call 1-800-BIO-SLIM (246-7546), 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Note: The 800-BIO-SLIM number, as well as any toll-free number you see or hear advertised, is not answered by BioSlim employees. These phones are operated for us by a professional, nationwide teleservices company, for the specific purpose of enabling you to call anytime, 24/7/365, to order a Complete BioSlim Kit. The people at these phone numbers cannot answer detailed questions about BioSlim, and they cannot sell you any refills. They do just one thing: they take orders for Complete BioSlim Kits. For all questions and reorders, as well as all special requests and status reports and inquiries, you must contact BioSlim Customer Service, either by email, or by telephone (see next).
