Using Your Account

Viewing, Changing, or Canceling Your Order

You may view your orders by logging in (see the Login/My Account link at the top of every page), and choosing View Order History. Order tracking is now available for most orders, on that screen.  Currently, you must contact Customer Service to change an order or cancel an order.

Problem With An Order?

If you have a problem with an order, we can help you get it fixed quickly and conveniently. Please read the information below to select the most appropriate means of addressing your issue.

  • Do you wish to cancel or change an order that has not yet shipped? Click here to notify Customer Service about the issue, and we will let you know exactly how to proceed.
  • Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Or simply the wrong item? We will correct the problem immediately. Contact Customer Service, either by email at service@bioslim.com, or phone.
  • Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. If you ordered a number of items, we may have had to split the shipment into two boxes. Note: you will not have to pay additional shipping costs if this occurs. If you still have a problem, write us about it here.
  • Wondering where your order is? If you have not yet received your order, and you believe enough time has elapsed, you should first check the confirmation e-mail that we sent you. If you have not received the e-mail, there may have been a problem placing your order. Please try to track your order online (when available), and if that does not help, contact Customer Service either by email, or phone.

Updating Your Bioslim.com Registration Information

Updating your Bioslim.com account is easy! Simply click on the Manage My Account link located at the bottom of your screen, or the Login/My Account at the top of every page. You can update your billing and shipping address information, change passwords, change email address, check your order history, and keep your account accurate and functioning smoothly. Problems? Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password, click on Login at the top of your screen or on Manage My Account at the bottom. At the Login screen, click on the "I Forgot My Password" link (just under the email/password entry boxes), then just follow the instructions on the next screen. We will email your password back to you at the email address with which you are currently registered. Then, if you wish, you may go to Manage My Account after logging in and change your password – if you do, we will e-mail a confirmation of that change to your current email address.
