WHERE'S MY ORDER?

  • Regular non-Rush orders can take up to 21 days from the date we receive the order to get to you (though typically it takes a lot less time).
  • Rush Orders should arrive within 5-6 business days of the date we receive your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Note: Electronic Checks always take an extra 6-9 business days to process, per Federal banking regulations. This will create a corresponding delay in the delivery time for the order(s) involved. This delay does not occur if you use a credit or debit card.
  • A shipment may be delayed if there is a payment processing problem. Though relatively rare, the most common cause is a credit card decline. If this occurs, we will try processing your order again, every 7 days. If payment is still declined after 4 additional attempts, or if your card becomes unusable (e.g., bank reports it as "Invalid"), you will need to provide another method of payment. Of course, you may contact Customer Service at any time to change your payment details, or anything else.
  • If you know that your order should have arrived, but it has not, try tracking your package online (when Order Tracking is available), then check your form of payment (e.g., make sure your credit card is still working). If there's still a problem, please contact customer service.

HOW DO I FIND AN ITEM I WANT TO BUY?

You can search for any BioSlim product here. Other Medicus products will be included in the "Shopping" drop-down menu at the top of every page, as products are introduced. Alternatively, you may simply use the Search field located at the top of every page.    

 

HOW CAN I SAVE $$ BY USING THE DISCOUNT CLUB?

Getting started with the BioSlim Weight Loss Discount Club is easy.  It’s the best way to enjoy deep discounts and great service at the same time! You can join on the phone, or go to the Discount Club page. There, you simply choose the products that you want to automatically receive and tell us how often (at what intervals) to send them to you.  Each shipment will come directly to your door. And as a Discount Club member, you'll pay only a fraction of the regular price for each bottle! This is also the best way to make sure that you never inadvertently run out of Formulas.

Changing (or canceling) your Club shipments or schedule is easy and can be done at any time. Simply contact our Customer Service department, either by email, or by calling 1-800-220-SLIM (800-220-7546), Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, Pacific Time (11am-7pm Eastern Time, 10am-6pm Central Time).  Either way, one of our friendly representatives will promptly make any requested adjustments.


 

THE BIOSLIM DISCOUNT CLUB:  I THOUGHT I JOINED... WHY AM I NOT GETTING MY CLUB DISCOUNTS?


As you probably know, the BioSlim Discount Club offers deep discounts, convenient delivery and many other benefits, all free.

If you joined the Club online, the system will recognize you as a Club member and automatically apply your discounted prices. But if you joined offline (on the phone, by mail, fax, etc.), there is a chance the system does not yet recognize you as a Club member. There's a simple solution: Just make sure to check the box that says "I am a BioSlim Discount Club member" during checkout or when you View Cart (the option appears whenever you view your Shopping Cart and the Cart contains a Club-priced item). That tells the system to verify status and make sure that you get only Club discounted prices.

Note that all customers get Club pricing on their first order of any refill product(s) at this website, as a welcome gift and a token of our appreciation. (There is no limit on the size of the first discounted order — you can order as much as you want and still get the complimentary discount.) After that first refill order, it's a simple matter — and completely FREE — to join the Club and continue receiving those terrific discounts (plus all the other benefits!)

If you nevertheless choose not to join the Club after receiving your initial complimentary Club discount, your subsequent orders will be charged at regular list price so long as you are not a Club member. Keep in mind, though, that you can join anytime you like. And you can cancel your membership at any time too, at no cost to you whatsoever.

Note: If you join the Club offline and find that the website doesn't recognize you as a Club member, follow the instructions above.
