We have several shipping options: Standard, Rush, and various 1-day, 2-day and 3-day delivery services.

• Standard Delivery will usually arrive within 2 weeks of placing your order. Carrier: either DHL@Home*, UPS Ground*, or US Postal Service (USPS).
• Rush Delivery will usually arrive within 5-7 business days, or less, from the order placement date. Carrier: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Select* or Fedex*.
• All other shipping methods are self-descriptive.
  
  *Exception: If your delivery address is a PO Box, shipment will always be by US Postal Service.

SHIPPING & HANDLING (S&H) RATES:
Domestic (50 States):

• Standard S&H for 1 Complete BioSlim Kit, (Adult or Youth) = $9.90
• Standard S&H for Family Pack = $16.20
• Standard S&H for typical refill order (bottles only, no Complete Kit) = $6.95
• Various other domestic shipping options are available during checkout, each displayed with its cost to be added to the total order amount.
• All prices may be higher for larger orders, depending on total order weight. Your actual charges will always appear during checkout on the Payment & Shipping page and on your Confirmation page, for your final approval.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

Special international shipping options and rates are presented during checkout. We will provide proof of mailing and, when available, a USPS tracking number for each such order (Global Express mail only). Please note that we cannot be responsible for import taxes, customs or any other import fees or delays, or for any shipping problems that occur outside the borders of the USA and its territories. If ordering to a non-USA destination, please be sure to read the notice at the bottom of the Payment & Shipping page.

GENERAL NOTE:

Shipping Options always refer to levels of shipping service. We will ship using the carrier and service level chosen during checkout. Note that the number of days that may appear in the service description (e.g., "Next Day", or "2-Day") does not equal the time it will take for you to receive your package from the day you order. Additional time is always required to process orders and prepare them for shipment (typically just 1-2 days, excluding weekends & holidays).
