to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm Pacific Time (11:30am-6:30pm Eastern), to obtain your Return Tracking Number (RTN) and your Return
Mailing Address. Returns sent without a valid RTN or to the
wrong address cannot be properly processed or credited.
- Write your
RTN prominently on the outside of your return package (the Return
Policy & Procedures card has a sticker which you may use
for this purpose), and ship to the address provided by Customer
Service. We recommend that you ship with Delivery Confirmation.
- All purchased
original Complete Kit material must be returned, including the
bottles of Formulas, even if they are empty, with one exception:
