We have
several methods of payment available for your convenience:

You
may use a credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, or Discover. Debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.

We
also accept Electronic Check Transfers, which are direct
transfers from your bank checking account (aka “check by phone” or "eCheck" ). Simply choose this payment method on the Payment & Shipping page, enter the requested information, and continue with the
checkout process.
Note: Electronic Checks always take an extra 6-9 business days to process, per Federal banking regulations. This will create a corresponding delay in the delivery time for the order(s) involved. This delay does not occur if you use a credit or debit card.

If
you wish to order by mail you can download an order form
here, fill it out and mail it in with either your credit
card information filled in and signed, or your check or money
order enclosed. Be sure to include your return address and phone

may order anything through our Customer Service
department at 1-800-220-SLIM (800-220-7546), between
8am and 4pm Pacific Time (11am-7pm Eastern), Monday through Friday.

24-hour Order Line for Complete Kits Only: 1-800-BIO-SLIM.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This 800-BIOSLIM number is our 24-hour
order-taking service, NOT our Customer Service department. The
staff at that number cannot answer service-related question,
cannot look up your account, and cannot sell refills. These are
the same people who take orders over the telephone when new
customers call the 800 number they see on television or
elsewhere; it is for Complete Kit or Family Pack orders only.

For
international orders by telephone, call customer service
directly at 702-988-1182. If you wish to fax your order from
outside the USA, first download the
order form, fill it out including complete
credit card information and signature, then fax to the (local) number
provided on our Contact Us page (503-534-9769).

Note: A shipment may be delayed if there is a payment processing problem. Though relatively rare, the most common cause is a credit card decline. If this occurs, we will try processing your order again, every 7 days. If payment is still declined after 4 additional attempts, or if your card becomes unusable (e.g., bank reports it as "Invalid"), you will need to provide another method of payment. Of course, you may contact Customer Service at any time to change your payment details, or anything else.

PayPal orders are processed in the following way. Write an email to service@bioslim.com that includes: your name, shipping address, phone number and email address, the product(s) you wish to purchase, your shipping option, plus any comments. You will receive a Payment Request email from PayPal which will contain the links you need to make your payment. Your order will then be processed immediately. Note: In the near future, PayPal payments will be automated on this website.
