your order, please read through the following helpful information.
The best way to make sure that your order went through is to check
your e-mail for the confirmation e-mail notice that should arrive
shortly after you have placed your order through Bioslim.com. Do not
place your order again unless you know that we have not received
your original order. Check to make sure the email address you gave us is correct and working. The easiest way to verify we have the email address you want us to have: log in to this site with your username (=your email address) and password. If you can log in, then we have your correct email address.
If you did not receive an email confirmation of your order, check your spam settings. It is more common than you might imagine to have errant spam-protection settings block perfectly legitimate emails. It is quite possible that your bioslim.com email confirmation notice is sitting somewhere in a "spam" or "junk" folder, because your system mistook it for "junk mail".
If you've checked your email and are certain you have not received your confirmation e-mail at the correct email address, please contact Webmaster, making sure to include your name, address, and order details. If at least one full business day has passed since you placed your order, you may check with Customer Service to see if your order has been received by our service department for processing.
If you receive an error message after completing a checkout page,
please go back and make sure you have filled in all of the required
information. The error message may give you specific information,
so please read it. Make sure your credit card number is entered
without spaces or dashes. If you are using a new (or recently reissued)
card, please make sure that the card has been activated. Also, check
to see that you have selected a method of shipping.
If you are being looped back to the same page of the order form,
it is possible that your Web browser is caching, or storing, an
old copy of the page. You can force your browser to update the page
by holding down the Shift key on your keyboard and simultaneously
clicking the Reload or Refresh button on your browser.
These errors can occur but usually for short periods of time. Please
return and try again later, or place your order
