When you find the BioSlim product that you are interested in, simply
click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button, and the item will be automatically
placed into your Shopping Cart. You can check the contents
of your Shopping Cart at any time during your shopping by clicking
the “View Cart” button, located at the top of your screen.
Carefully review all of the items in your shopping cart.
Adjust as desired. When
you are satisfied, click the “Checkout” button to proceed, or
"Continue Shopping" to add more items to your Cart before checking
out.
If you have already logged in to BioSlim.com, there is no need for
further signing in. If you have not yet logged in, you will be prompted
to do so when you begin your checkout process. If you have
not yet created a username and password, you will be prompted to
do so. Please note that the e-mail address you provide us
will be your username, and will also be the only e-mail address to which we will send order
confirmation, Customer Service answers, and promotional notices.
Think about how quickly you want to receive your purchase,
and choose the appropriate Shipping method. We offer Standard
Shipping, which takes up to 2-3 weeks, as well as various Rush
options (when available).
We have several methods of payment available for your convenience:

a credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

also accept Electronic Check Transfers, which are direct
transfers from your bank checking account (aka “check by phone” or "eCheck" ). Simply choose this payment method on the Payment & Shipping page, enter the requested information, and continue with the
checkout process.
Note: Electronic Checks always take an extra 5-6 business days to process, per Federal banking regulations. This will create a corresponding delay in the delivery time for the order(s) involved. This delay does not occur if you use a credit or debit card.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This 800-BIOSLIM number is our 24-hour
order-taking service, NOT our Customer Service department. The
staff at that number cannot answer service-related question,
cannot look up your account, and cannot sell refills. These are
the same people who take orders over the telephone when new
customers call the 800 number they see on television or
elsewhere; it is for Complete Kit or Family Pack orders
only.

If you wish to fax your order from outside the USA, first
download the
order form, fill it out including complete
credit card information and signature, then fax to the (local) number
provided on this website's Contact Us page.

Note: A shipment may be delayed if there is a payment processing problem. Though relatively rare, the most common cause is a credit card decline. If this occurs, we will try processing your order again, every 7 days. If payment is still declined after 4 additional attempts, or if your card becomes unusable (e.g., bank reports it as "Invalid"), you will need to provide another method of payment. Of course, you may contact Customer Service at any time to change your payment details, or anything else.
Carefully review all of the information you are
submitting on the final order page. Make sure your billing and shipping
addresses are correct, that you’ve chosen your desired shipping
option, that the products being ordered are correct, etc. Then click
on the “Submit My Order!” button to finalize your order.
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail
to the address you provided. Please store that confirmation.
