help you achieve your weight loss goals, and save you money at the
same time, we have developed the BioSlim Weight Loss Discount Club.
Membership is free – no dues to pay, ever! As long
as you’re a Member, you’ll get deep discounts on all orders,
plus many special Member benefits – free sample products, special
access to the Doctor’s office, discounts on all other Medicus products,
and more – plus you get the ease and convenience of automatic home
delivery. Of course, you can always change or cancel your
membership at any time (see below).
On the
Discount
Club Join page, you may choose the products you want
delivered and the intervals between deliveries. (Your first Club delivery will ship to you when you want it: simply set your First Shipment Date as desired.) Note: The most
common and recommended arrangement is one SlimPack, once per month.
Or,
simply call our friendly Customer Service department toll-free at 1-800-220-SLIM or 702-988-1182 (Mon-Fri,11a-7p Eastern). A representative will help you plan your monthly shipments to
meet your exact needs. There is no
obligation – you can change or cancel your free membership
anytime you choose!
If you prefer, you may also download a printable version of our order form (PDF format).
You can then choose the monthly shipments that best fit your
needs, then simply mail or fax us the form, and you’re in. It’s
easy!
You may change (or cancel) your automatic shipment schedule at any
time, at no charge to you. Simply contact our Customer
Service department, either by email, or by calling 1-800-220-SLIM (800-220-7546), Monday to Friday,
8am to 4pm, Pacific Time (11am-7pm Eastern Time, 10am-6pm Central Time). Either way, one of our friendly representatives will promptly make any requested adjustments.
Note: The BioSlim Discount Club page at this website is for adding orders to your Discount Club only. You cannot change your existing Club orders or schedules there. If are already a Club
member getting regular shipments, and you do place a new Club-join request on the Club page here, then that requested order will be added to your prior Club order, and you will get both of the shipments you requested -- unless you contact us (as above) to tell us otherwise.
Canceling your Club membership is easy: just contact Customer Service, as above. A confirmation number will be available. If you forget to cancel in time, so that a Club shipment you did not want is sent, we will accept a return of one (and only one) Club shipment and issue you a full product refund (excluding S&H), providing the bottles have not been opened.
The BioSlim Weight Loss Discount Club is very different from registration
with Bioslim.com. The latter gives you access to all the special
features at this website, and is available (a) free of charge to anyone who is purchasing or
has purchased a BioSlim product in the preceding year, or (b) for $49.95/year to anyone
who prefers to pay to register. Registration
at this website does NOT confer the rights to the deep discounts
and automatic shipments of the Discount Club. For that, you
must specifically join the Discount Club and tell us how you would
like your deliveries set up. Note: The Discount Club is available to any customer, online or off. There is no charge to join, and
no charge to cancel, which you can do anytime.
