Every first purchase of a BioSlim Complete Kit -- such as the BioSlim 2000 Ultra Complete Kit for adults, the 2-Adult Special, the BioSlim Youth System Kit for children, or the Family Pack -- comes with a 6-week money-back product guarantee. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with a first purchase of a Complete Kit product, that product may be returned for a full refund of the amount paid for the product (less S&H). If payment was made by credit card, that credit card will be credited. If payment was made by check or money order or electronic check transfer ("ECT", aka “check by phone”), the refund will be issued by mailed check or by ECT.

Refill orders of BioSlim Formulas and all other products, including Club shipments, are guaranteed for quality and accuracy only. If there is any such problem with a shipment, please contact BioSlim Customer Service. In general, in all other cases, such refill orders (defined as any order that is not a Complete Kit) are considered final sales, and may not be returned.

Please Note: the unconditional 6-week money-back guarantee described here applies to single, first-time purchases of a Complete Kit, Family Pack, or 2-Adult Special -- not to refills, reorders, Club shipments, or any other product purchases. Furthermore, if you order more than one of the same type Kit, or if you previously purchased a BioSlim Kit and then order another one of the same type, the unconditional 6-week guarantee will apply to one Kit purchase only, the first one you make.

Return Procedures

Instructions on return procedures are included in every Complete Kit (adults or kids). Look for the card titled “Return Policy & Procedures”, which has a special sticker on it. The required toll-free telephone number for obtaining your Return Tracking Number and Return Address is provided on that card. Note: BioSlim's Return Procedures must be followed in order for you to properly receive any refund. If you return any product to an address other than the correct Return Address, or if you return any product without first obtaining a Return Tracking Number (also known as an "RMA Number"), you will not be entitled to a refund.

Regarding order cancelation prior to shipping: Though we will make every effort to help any customer who wishes to cancel a placed order, BioSlim cannot guarantee that any such order can be successfully canceled. For more information on this subject, please see here.
